Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for both staff and visitors, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors, managing calls and overseeing deliveries and mail.
- Organizing and maintaining important corporate documents, records, reports, and receipts.
- Managing office supplies, including inventory, snacks, and general office necessities.
- Coordinating arrangements for lunch, coffee services, and other office-related items.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of company meetings, events, and special occasions.
- Overseeing event calendars, budgets, and internal communications.
- Serving as the onsite coordinator for event setup, takedown, and post-event cleanup.
- Maintaining cleanliness in office spaces, including conference rooms and communal areas.
- Ensuring the proper upkeep of office equipment through regular maintenance.
- Supporting financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable, as well as assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Compensation And Benefits

- This is a full-time, on-site position in Solana Beach, CA, requiring local applicants willing to commute five days a week.
